Britta was born and raised in Germany and moved to Los Angeles after completing her degree in Travel & Tourism. Throughout her life, she has has always been a self starter, visionary and entrepreneur.
Since joining the First Team/ Luxury Portfolio International family, she has been thrilled to help her clients realize their real estate dreams, whether on the buying or selling side. In addition to her above-and-beyond customer service, Britta’s top priority when dealing with her clients is to properly prepare and educate them every step of the way.
Britta’s core belief is 'Knowledge is Power' - so whether she is dealing with a first time buyer or a seasoned investor, she ensures they have access and insight to ever changing market trends, new laws, lending practices, negotiation tactics, etc. This will help them make informed decisions about what is likely to be the biggest purchase or sale of their life! Britta also consistently continues to educate herself to ensure her clients have the best negotiator by their side that will save them money, make them money and protect them.
Her exceptional eye for design and staging plays a vital role in preparing her clients’ homes for sale to ensure they receive top dollar. Her way of thinking outside the box coupled with her strong work ethic, sense of integrity, her desire to serve and a healthy sense of humor will make the buying/selling experience a breeze for her clients.
In 2019 Britta was invited to join the team of real estate veteran, coach and attorney at law, Larry Sangiorgio who she still partners with today.
Work History:
Before becoming a full time realtor, Britta worked as an account manager for a large travel company, she then established her own online designer clothing business that she operated for a decade and eventually started getting into real estate investing - remodeling, designing and managing multiple homes/vacation rentals in Southern California. As such she is familiar with investment strategies, tax implications, 1031 exchanges, etc. and she also has intimate knowledge of the legal aspects involved with the booming AirBnb industry.
Personal Background:
Britta's hobbies include playing the piano, cooking and hitting the local flea markets. However, her favorite activity by far is traveling the world, although she always loves coming back to Orange County where she has lived for over 2 decades and she is certainly an expert on the area.
She currently resides in a vintage home in Anaheim with her husband Robert, their 2 teenage daughters and her dog Pepper.
